Hi. I'm  convinced the usual business models of managing user led organisations are completely inappropriate and I'm looking at research into alternatives. I have an excellent paper: 'Managing non-profit organisations: Towards a new approach' by Helmut K. Anheier, Jan 2000. and I would like any information about similar texts. Any ideas?See More
