Interesting that we no longer use the word racism, we skip around the title and blame institutions for the behaviour of individuals and are fearful of offending our oppressors.Dont you find it  interesting that all the government initiatives The big society, Locality, Community Organisers,including Food Bank hardly ever, lets say Never have Afrikan leadership.
