Is the Private Sector the best way to get the voice of patients and public heard?

Apparently the answer is yes if you are Lancashire, Greenwich, Lewisham, Harrow or Essex and Southend Councils. They all have contracts with Parkwood Healthcare to provide Local Involvement Networks or in the case of Lancashire County Council the new Healthwatch.
