Suing the Queen of England, the Bank of Canada, and three ministers for a conspiracy!!!!!!

Suggest you read this article carefully and consider the implications for the entire banking system.

It would be easy to assume the people suing the Queen of England, the Bank of Canada, and three ministers for a conspiracy against “all Canadians” wear tinfoil hats.

They don’t. They may be conspiracy theorists, but they are also intelligent, thoughtful people who have a lawyer with a history of winning unlikely cases.

And despite the government’s best efforts to have this case thrown out, it’s going ahead after winning an appeal that overturned a lower court’s ruling to have it tossed and surviving a follow-up motion to have it tossed again.

The government has one more chance to have it thrown out through an appeal at the Supreme Court but that has to be filed by Mar. 29 and that looks unlikely.

This case and COMER appears to have its roots in one Gerald Grattan Mcgeer (6 January 1888 – 11 August 1947), who famously asked:

“Can you tell me why a government with power to create money should give that power away to a private monopoly, and then borrow that which parliament can create itself, back at interest, to the point of national bankruptcy?”

Yes, why indeed would any government give that power away? But they have and that’s a major problem. The question we need an answer for is why won’t governments take that power back? We elect those governments so why don’t we elect a government that will? Are we collectively off our rockers? I wonder how many NatCAN followers vote for one of the major parties this time around?

Prior to reading this article about COMER I believed that the only way monetary reform, as advocated by Positive Money, could occur was with the consent of the government.

Now it seems there’s another way. I and many others will follow developments with great interest. Let’s see what happens March 29.
